What do you like best about the YMCA?

It has a variety of actives for young and old people. They have a lot for seniors. Field-trips and lunches. They offer craft class once a month as well. I feel very safe there and always enjoy being around people trying to make themselves better!

The exercise instructor are excellent. There are a wide variety of instructors and many, many exercise classes. The fellowship is magnificent!!

The people are all very friendly and welcoming. The classes are engaging anymore effective . I particularly love the water aerobics with Carla!!
I keep trying to add weight lifting to my workouts but the water is too much fun to trade for other activities.
