I love the intimacy of this ymca! So fa, I have done a few classes and water classes and the instructors are phenomenal! Lisa Slusher is so pleasant and makes exercise such fun! And Cheryl makes the water class so enjoyable! I have not done the machines yet, but so far I love my Y experience!

My partner and I joined last month and it has been a lovely experience! Our first class was Jody's Tuesday morning Cardio Combo - the whole class was incredibly welcoming and helpful to getting us started. It felt so inviting that it has encouraged us to stick to a schedule and keep coming. I am so thankful that we met this group!
Overall, everyone has been warm, inviting, and encouraging when we attend. This is a great community and I feel so lucky to be a part of it. The classes are awesome and the facilities are so nice.

It has a variety of actives for young and old people. They have a lot for seniors. Field-trips and lunches. They offer craft class once a month as well. I feel very safe there and always enjoy being around people trying to make themselves better!
The exercise instructor are excellent. There are a wide variety of instructors and many, many exercise classes. The fellowship is magnificent!!
