The staff is very friendly, the members are nice and willingly to help and the equipment, pool are exactly what I need.
I started using the facilities in January 2026 to train for an iron man.
Nearly all of my swimming was at the Y and most of my running in the cold months was done on the tread mill. I had a member that helped me with swimming stroke which helped me during the ironman. The pool was almost always available for me and my available hours. I could not have completed the ironman without the Y.
The ladies at the front desk were amazing, and I also loved the fact that there were a lot of kids for my daughter to play with at the pool.

We are only 4 sessions in and this program has already completely paid for itself. We recently went to the lake, and I was so incredibly proud to watch my son swimming all by himself!
A huge part of this success is our amazing instructor. I love her teaching style-she is so patient with the kids, but also firm in a way that builds their confidence and teaches them to truly trust the water. The classes aren't even over yet, and the investment has already paid off. Thank you to the Y team!

Excellent water workouts with Carla. I have to say I am very eager fir you to get the EGym semester so I dont have to travel to Northeast to use the program. I love the craft days and the Forever Young activities.
