I love the personal training, classes, and Live Strong program! The Live Strong program got me into weight lifting and the personal training has turned it into a passion. Also the Y staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the services the Y offers. OK.

Cleanliness and open setting
Ms. Ruth is an amazing instructor and individual. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to keep the students engaged and excited to learn. She is respectful, dedicated, and a joy to watch teach. I can’t thank you enough for helping and being there to assist my children ages (6 and 12) to gain an understanding of safety along with learning how to swimming.

Ruth is absolutely fantastic! My kids love her, and she helped them grow immensely in their skills. My daughter had a feet of submersion due to a previous near drowning incident and she was so incredibly patient and accommodating; she’s now diving underwater on her own!!
The instructors were great with my kids and got them more comfortable it the water with every class
