We absolutely LOVE our Oldham County YMCA! It’s low pressure but great accountability! We especially love the yoga and fitness classes. The instructors are so kind and encouraging. We feel comfortable moving our bodies in an environment that is non judgmental.
Also, Meredith in the membership office has been so accommodating and helpful!

the YMCA has something for everybody! I have attended classes in the multi-purpose room and in the pool and I love them all. I like coming in and walking on the treadmill and riding the bikes also! Everybody is very friendly and I feel welcome!
I enjoy the classes that are offered at the YMCA, especially Yoga and Pilates. You meet great people and just keep on coming back.
Its available when I need it and most importantly the staff is super friendly and me being a member of the LBGTQ community nothing is more important to me!

Really good place to workout, especially all the aquatics available.
Our OCY is a welcoming branch. It’s a branch of all ages. There are young adults, young families, school aged families, empty nest families and senior families all mixed together socializing. Because of this I’m able to meet more the young adults and etc in group classes or in our lobby.

I like the classes as I do better to stay faithful to a group rather than to myself. The swim classes are good, and chair yoga is too. Terry Huckvale is a great instructor.
