The programs that are available to members.
Some of the programs are not suitable for me because of my disabilities but I wish that training would be available for me to learn to adapt to the way’s that I could be taught to do the movements.

I can get in and do my own thing at most times. There is a good variety of machines. I wish there were more classes like silver sneakers.

Everyone is always friendly. The facilities are clean and offer plenty of options for everyone.
It’s a very family oriented place- I don’t feel pressure to work out “a certain way” or look a certain way. There are people from all walks of life, all ages, sizes and backgrounds

Love the sauna and whirlpool. Weight machines are good but would love to see a few stomach machines.

I like the fitness classes, especially cardio blast, muscle definition and body pump. I especially like the time of day they are offered (mid morning), which works out great with my schedule.

I enjoy the classes. The weight center is very nice and has more than enough equipment.
