I love the lunchtime classes offered at the Floyd County YMCA. Whitney & Megan are the best @ Body Pump and Cycle Express!!!

Very clean facility, lots of equipment ,staff are all very friendly and will always take time to help you with questions. The hours will work for most all visitors.All said just a great place to come.

My autistic son loves the warm water pool. It helps him to relax and he is smiling pretty much the whole time we are in the water.

Personally, I use the pools most, but occasionally use elliptical and stationery bike on 3r floor.
The Y is always clean and the staff is very nice
