I like the warm pool
The AOA program for seniors is great. Meeting once a week for different activities or games and occasional field trips provide fellowship among people your age group.
I also love the aqua fit classes offered. The instructors are entertaining while guiding us through the workouts.

Wide range of equipment and services as well as outstanding staff support. So nice to have an indoor walking track and a pool.
Quality of facilities
This is such a family friendly gym! Me and my kids love to run the family track together, do the rock walk, or go for a swim. They don’t love to go to the childcare without each other but when I need some alone time it is also nice to drop them off for half hour and run upstairs on the treadmill with earbuds and just my thoughts for about an hour!
