Everything is very nice & clean. Love the therapy pool, just wish they had more hours. Sometimes the bridge traffic is unbearable but thankfully no tolls. Also the staff is very professional & polite.

a wonderful, cool place to exercise and the fact I have multiple classes to choose from.
In the past I've been to gyms and never really knew how to create a workout routine. I decided to sign up for Smart Start and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. Larry listened to my concerns and goals and help me create a workout that would work for me. I'm still working on finding a class that I love but that's not due to any other factor than myself. I want to try everything possible because everyone is so nice and friendly. The first class I went to was line dancing and the instructor was very friendly and helpful to all of us in the class. I originally didn't sign up for the family membership but my kids really wanted to go to kids club. My son is old enough to go on the rock wall as well and I can't say enough kind things about the staff working the rock wall. They are very encouraging to all the kids (I know adults climb as well but I haven't personally seen any yet). My daughter has a lot of fun in kids club and says she wants to try the rock wall when she's old enough. I never thought I would be a member of the YMCA but now I can't think of going anywhere else.
