The excellent instructors and variety of classes are the things that draw me to the Y.

Friendly, courteous staff. Great exercise variety
I like the class options (wish there was a PiYo class in the evenings), the options for equipment and free weights (wish there was more space on 2nd floor by walking track to stretch).
My negative feedback is the staff person named Ken - he is often giving incorrect or unnecessary information to those who are not seeking his input. He needs to stay in his own lane.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I left my jewelry in the locker and was able to retrieve it with the assisatnce from the amazing staff.

equipment clean and in good working order. smells clean not like sweaty tennis shoes like some gyms. the building is state of the art. (this is the YMCA down by the Ohio River I am writing about) nice pools friendly staff.
Everyone that works there are so nice and helpful and the YMCA is always so clean!! We are very lucky to have our Floyd County YMCA👏👏

The kids love coming down there going swimming. I'm hoping this year I start using the gym more. And that we try other things out of the way I think it's a great place for family and friends to hang out and have fun together
