I love the walking track and the Silver Sneaker Classes. Juie is a great instructor.
The water exercises classes and weight lifting. I also love the walking track. The amenities are so nice at the Floyd county YMCA. You also have very welcome staff!

I like the atmosphere there in the Y. I really enjoy the Saunas and the fact that they are not
co-ed. I also enjoy the pools especially the warm water pool.
