The therapy pool is the best part of the Y. I have recommended the therapy pool to many people that have mobility issues and trouble exercising. The warm water relaxes your muscles and makes it easier to move.
They are making it easy for my son who is only 11 to get exercise the way he likes! We do many group classes together and all the instructors are amazing. Susan is our fitness coach and I cant express how amazing she is.
The Floyd County facility is always clean, odor free and all the equipment is kept in excellent working condition. Plus, the people working there are very responsive to any request.

My son's coach, Mr. Reynolds, is great! He is so patient with the boys and an excellent teacher.
The swim instructor Meredith was so good with our daughter and all of the children. She made it a very fun environment. I'll definitely recommend others to take classes.
