I like that it has many workout options as well as a sauna.
Quick share: The way people were slamming weights in the weight room on both the fifth and sixth floor, yesterday was way over the top and unacceptable. It. should be monitored by YMCA staff. In my opinion. Patrons were being very disrespectful and no one did anything about it.

the different options available, you can do a group class or work out alone, you have trainers at your fingertips to help you create a plan and help with machines, the hours are perfect for people who want to come before or after work or even at lunch.
I like everything about it. My only gripe is that when a clock breaks it kind of disappears and is rarely replaced.

Always professional and friendly staff. Great classes and instructors. I always enjoy going to work out at any of their locations. They have some great noon classes for those of us trying to squeeze it in for lunch.
Demontez and Lisa are the absolute best! I love the pool and the locker room. It's very convenient to my work. The facility is clean and has everything I need to get a good workout in.

The yoga classes. All our regular teachers are great! However, Kathy, please be careful with hiring subs form other places. The woman named Katie Ward, who subbed for Ann Darku, today was terrible! She taught an unfamiliar 'macho' style that none of the 3 of us could do. I even explained to her my limitations as an 83 year old. I am a former yoga teacher, trained in the 1990's at Yoga East and I am very familiar with yoga.
Please don't hire her again!
Clean and calm facility . The staff at the welcome desk are always nice and smiling and will help with whatever is needed.
I’d like for classes like yoga and body pump to not overlap - I enjoyed being able to do two evening classes in one night.
Would also be interested in more Pilates and bar options at the downtown location.

Front desk staff!
The variety of classes, hours, and locations. Yet the best thing is undoubtedly each and every employee at the downtown branch has gone above and beyond to answer any questions I've had, greet me with enthusiasm, encourage me to try other classes, and just in general make me feel welcome.
The staff! They are always friendly and helpful.

Employees seem to enjoy their job and lookout for members needs.
