There is plenty of equipment available. Lots of space. It's very clean. They have good parking options. Most of all, I like the staff.

I like how relaxed of an environment it is. I have a lot of personal hangups that would keep me from feeling comfortable in a normal gym environment, but knowing this one is on my work campus makes me feel a bit more at ease.

I love how the staff is so caring. I had a very hard life when I was younger and found myself homeless and I couldnā€™t afford a membership, but the staff always let me come in and use the showers. This is the most ethical organization that Iā€™ve ran across

I like the versatility of many forms of exercise such as traditional workout equipment, basketball, racquetball, and etc. The employees are also great and very helpful.
