Staff and fellow members are so friendlyq and welcoming. It is a pleasure to spend time at the Downtown Family Y.
Downtown YMCA is my favorite location. I’ve been to probably half the local ymcas and greatly prefer it. The only reason I go to another one is for a specific service, like the whirlpool at the Norton Commons location. Downtown is the only location I don’t feel absolutely packed in with other people. There is always a quiet space on a floor to get away from crowds. The employees are also incredibly helpful and kind.
I love having easy access to a quality gym at work. It's clean. The staff is friendly. There is plenty of equipment and great classes.

The front desk and lifeguards are tremendously helpful, friendly and present.
It's close, it's convenient, the staff is awesome, it has a lot of scheduled activities like pickleball, yoga, and cycling and I love a gym that has a real locker room, a lap pool, and a sauna and steam room. It's a great place to get and stay healthy. -Eric
