Severely overpriced rotor and brake pad replacement. Left the shop with a caliper frozen to front left rotor which started smoking after 7 miles of driving. Had to bring it back and wait another 2 hours and after all is said and done the brakes don’t feel any better than they did when I took it in. Won’t be going to jiffy lube for anything but oil changes again
Found a break pad issue and fixed.

Fast and friendly service. Explained the recommended services quickly and thoroughly but without any pressure. Very efficient shop, clean and comfortable waiting area. An excellent overall experience. They even let me keep my coupon for re-use with my other car.
Quick and clean
My vehicle received sloppy and perfunctory processing. For example, at the time actual mileage on my Accord was 66,861. On my work order sheet (167) it states mileage as 56, 787. Not a close resemblance. That is not good for your business nor my records. At checkout, I was told car was vacuumed. When Entered the vehicle, it was obviously not attempted. If what one sees is not true, can you trust the unseen?????
They did give me your 15% off a $ 59 cabin filter which I think you raised to offset the discount coupon .

This is an unprofessional establishment.. customer service is lack thereof and they have to be reminded every time to vacuum out my car. ..this place has gone down hill ..terrible and sad
I was greeted right away and my service needs wete met immediately. The service rep spoke with me explaining all that was needed with prices included. I was able to ask any questions and concerns with reassuring me all will be answered.
The price of oil changes and the service isn’t competitive with other companies nearby. The only reason is wait time which I come. The staff needs more training.

I am a Long Time customer at this location & had to remind them to vacuum/clean my windows, for my Signature Service. However, I observed the cashier allow a "White Privileged" guy who was allowed to use "two separate coupons" for one transaction. When I've observed numerous people of color over the years be informed they can Only use "one coupon" at a time for a single transaction, even if they obtained a number of services. This is not only Unethical, but very unfair.
