All three of the C2 classes had excellent instructors. Each presented a challenging class and some wonderful words to consider at the beginning of class. It made my visit to Denver really nice.

Today was a super crowded class & the patrons readily made room for all of the yogis entering the studio!!! - great comaraderie! & Sarah H, the instructor, did an AMAZING job, too. I LOVE this studio!!

Kristen is an amazing teacher. This was my first CorePower class and my first intense yoga class. Although I was not expecting this class to be a "hot yoga" type of class, I definitely burned a lot of calories and Kristen was very attentive to myself and the rest of the class. I will be attending more classes in the future
