Kristen is an amazing teacher. This was my first CorePower class and my first intense yoga class. Although I was not expecting this class to be a "hot yoga" type of class, I definitely burned a lot of calories and Kristen was very attentive to myself and the rest of the class. I will be attending more classes in the future

I am obsessed with the Yoga Scupt classes, the studio is super clean and everyone who works at the cherry creek location is so nice.
The instructors are great, but I prefer this location because the facility is new. It feels like there is more locker space and everything is much cleaner than many of the other studios I have visited.

The range of teachers is fantastic, they all have different ways of approaching classes which provides a great variety and allows students to explore new things.
