I like it when classes start on time. My last class on Monday the 16th started three minutes late to accommodate people arriving late. Once of the late arrivals then left 10 minutes early. What a waste. The people that were able to make it to class on time had to wait for the people who couldn't get their act together to get to class on time.
If you are late, tough. Attend another class.

I like the amount of classes offered and the style of products in the retail space. I also like the special events and collaborations with other fitness studios like rise nation.
Love the teacher and the vibe
All of the instructors have been great, and the new studio is nice. I don't find the changing room/bathroom to be as jam-packed as some of the other locations, and it's nice to be looking at a ceiling that doesn't have peeling paint and exposed insulation like some of the older studios. Parking (though limited) is a bonus.
it's all what you put into it so part of the satisfaction depends on the consumer.
