As a combat veteran, I really enjoyed the energy and atmosphere because it brought an overwhelming sense of peace and calm. It was an incredible experience! Unfortunately, it is too expensive to att amend more than twice a month.

The instructor, Janie, was incredible. As someone that's been to many yoga classes, and many core power yoga classes, she was my favorite teacher yet. Her ability to explain poses, to offer guidance when needed, and to lead the class was unmatched by anyone else that I've been a student of. I'll be trying to attend as many of her classes as I can!
I love when they set intentions. I love when they give reasons why each stretch works in the body. I love the consistency and standard of teaching. Even though they've been gone for a while we miss towels. Cold towels. Some studios are just saying if you would like a towel put your hand on your heart. So they're just not handing them out to everybody. Anyway absolutely love everything you guys do. The facilities are always clean as well Thank you.

A lot of locations and class times. Easy to find a class after work late at night. I also like that the classes are consistent and I trust it will be a good workout regardless of location or teacher.

The new app is great by the way!! I love how efficient, quick, yet challenging each class is. I get my butt kicked and always leaving feeling good about it. CP has a great variety of teachers, playlists and vibes! I prefer the newer studios, they feel open and fresh and clean. The old studios, some need a renovation and feel dark and dingy, that’s my only “complaint”
