The Silver sneakers classes. The people that work there and especially the instructors. Love going every time I can and the other activities. Great place to go.
The Joshua YMCA staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the equipment is maintained. We’ve found the classes to be timely and good.
When someone need help yall are there to anyone at anytime
There are so many levels of classes available so if you are just starting on getting fit or have been at it for awhile you have choices.
I am also very happy with my trainer Kelly, she has been incredibly patient and intuitive about what I need to make me stronger, improve my balance and generally help me work on all different aspects of my health and well being. Starting a wellness / fitness program at 69 - 70 years old is a challenge but Kelly is guiding me through this remarkably and I thank God that he lead me to the Joshua Y and Kelly.

I have been coming to the Y for about 2 1/2 years. The experience has been very rewarding. I am now able to do so much more with my body than ever before. It has made my older years much better. I have learned how to keep from falling, that is very valuable to me. It helps me to move easier. I appreciate the leaders of the Y for teaching us how to make our lives better.
I love the friendly staff and the clean facility. We got to the Y about 3 - 4 times a week. We attend a few classes and use the treadmill occasionally. We feel encouraged by the staff and other Y members. The front desk is friendly and if you have a question will find out the answer for you! We love seeing the children in the Playhouse having fun and laughing - it's so important for parents to know their kids are safe so they can work out and take care of themselves. We enjoy seeing the Wellness staff working with people of all ages to learn more about increasing their fitness, their overall wellness and use the equipment safely and properly. We love the cycle class we attend. Tacy is just awesome - encouraging, knowledgeable and challenges you to do your best on each day for that day! I am so happy to see programs growing at our Joshua Y!

The clean friendly family atmosphere. Every employee has a smile. It's almost like a huge family. Your trainer's and instructors treat everyone with respect and are happy to answer any questions. Well done!
The group classes. I also like that coffee is available and I love that the front desk people are so friendly and helpful.
The facility is bright, clean, and pleasant. The Joshua team members are friendly, encouraging, and professional. I enjoy interacting with other members there. It’s pleasant to be in a facility that caters to everyone from 1 to 99 years old. Nice to have six a diverse mix. Love the fitness classes and trainers too.

I enjoy the Senior classes. Especially dance and Yoga
The classes are so great. Mindy and Stephanie make getting healthy fun. They both care about the people who take their classes and invest in their wellbeing. They both modify for their class, so that whatever fitness level you are at you can participate. They have both taken personal time to talk with me about becoming a healthier version of myself.
The facility is always so clean too. And the workers are extremely friendly and encouraging.
Clean and friendly place to work out
It’s friendly, I have never had to wait to use a machine, love silver sneakers, and dance exercises, and totally enjoy my coffee on my way out thank you for keeping everything so clean and encouraging this 75 yr old woman .
