Usually prompt service and fair price, however, on this occasion I was disappointed with the lack of communication. I dropped off my rear wheel on April 28. I stood in line at service for at least 45 minutes before being helped. Staff people did apologize for the wait. I was told I would get a call on Tuesday. That didn't happen so I called late in the day, the staff person said she would talk to the service manager and I would get a call Wednesday morning. That didn't happen so I called late in the day and was told I would hear first thing Thursday morning. By this time I was losing my patience so I called first thing Thursday morning and shared my frustration with Sean (Shawn?). He promised to investigate and he got back to me a few hours later with an update. I picked up the new wheel late that afternoon and introduced myself to Sean. I thanked him for his assistance; he understood why I was frustrated. Prompt communication to me would have made for a better service experience.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful. She explained everything my bike would need, how long it would take and the approximate cost. My bike was done exactly when she said it would be, it looked brand new and it was $50 less than the initial quote. I could not be more pleased…
