Brought my bike in for a Spring tune-up. The only concern is that I was not notified when it was ready for pick-up. Last year I got an email when it was ready.

Other than that, great job, great people and great service.

Hannah in Norwood was outstanding. She answered every question I had- even the dumb ones- asked good questions and made recommendations.

She didn’t pressure me to buy a costlier bike or “unnecessary” accessories for my level of riding. She pointed out the essentials, showed me the various makes/models and let me choose.

I will definitely recommend you, and will be a repeat customer anytime I need anything!
