Fast and great customer service
Your business was unacceptable...I went to your place with nothing wrong with my window wipers working fine the sale rep (Garcia) ask me did I want my wipers replaced I responded no and once I left and it Rain I notice my wipers had been rip and due to that it caused a deep scratch in my windshield that I didn't have when I went there. Replace my wipers and repair my windshield.
I’ve have been a patron of this Jiffy Lube for over 20 years. I will not going any where else. They are incredibly efficient and knowledgeable.

Friendly and quick staff
We asked for a tire rotation, which was not done. We were charged for it. We had to bring it back to find out why it wasn’t done and then get a refund. No communication from anyone about it while I was there. What if I didn’t notice the tires weren’t rotated?

The employees were exceptionally friendly and professional this time. I requested a signature service oil change and a tire rotation. They didn't have my filter but were able to retrieve one in about 5 minutes. Then, they let me know that my tires didn't actually need to be rotated, saving me money.

The technician on duty came to my assistance without hesitation. I said I thought my oil was low. He checked it and it was a quart low and he topped it off. Good customer service.
