The desk agent was very communicative, explained everything, very polite.
The cost was way too high. I figured an oil change with wipers would be well under $000. I spent $165. Your competition is much lower.

Fast service. Also, it was pointed out that i needed an air filter bc it was old & full of crud. I postponed getting it as I'd been recently laid off. So they put in a free one for me without telling me. I found out when I opened the air filter housing to clean the old one myself. That was very nice. I'll be back.

First the positive: the staff was nice and courteous. The service was quick and good.
The negative and the reason I would be very cautious in recommending the service. The website had promotions that were not offered to me. I did my research prior to going, so I already seen what was being offered. I told the associate about it. He was hesitant to give it to me at first, stating it was not in this store. I showed him that it was this store. He went and asked his manager. At that point the manager said it was allowed. ( that is not big of a deal, I figured he just wasnโt aware.) It was when we went over the oil options is when it became sketchy. I wanted synthetic, all the bottles showed synthetic. So I picked one, then he told me it was not synthetic. I can read and I did see it there, he proceeded to push me to the higher priced oil. And couldnโt tell me why it said it on the bottle. It felt like he was lying to me. The experience was not pleasant. I believe the associate needs more customer training. And not be so dishonest acting.
I donโt like to give low scores on these surveys, however the experience was quite unpleasant and dishonest feeling.

After checking the cabin air filter the fan makes a noise it did not make before. Also, the glove box was not reinstalled properly.

The last 2 visits to the Altoona location I was told that I needed repairs that I knew weee not necessary. The most recent visit an empty paper coffee. Up was left on the floor of my van and the driverโs side floor was soiled with grease from your workers. I will not return and will share my negative experiences with others.
