I have only been able to come twice since I am a new member and just moving to Oklahoma. I will probably be going to the Y in Broken Arrow since that is where our new home is located.

I needed a trainer to help me rehab my back and Audrey introduced me to Hope Lindsey. She is excellent! She listened to me as I explained what I needed and designed a custom program for me involving the weight machines and is helping me learn how to use these on my own as well as teaching me some good stretches and other valuable information. Thank you, YMCA for this beautiful facility!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I enjoy exercising at the Tandy YMCA!
I specifically joined to utilize the swimming pool, but soon moved on to the upstairs weight training area with "top of the line" exercise equipment!
The Tandy YMCA is always clean and the support staff is great with excellent hours. My 8 yr old son also enjoys swimming and all the exercise opportunities. I only wish I lived a little closer so I could be there more often!
