I have been attending the Y for many years. The programs are at convenient times. The equipment is excellent. Most of all I love the ‘teachers’. Jen H is tremendous.

The facilities are spotlessly clean and all the equipment is very well maintained. I have not yet joined any of the classes. So far I'm just working out on my own. I've heard some great things about the classes and might give some a shot later on. My experience with Tandy YMCA is terrific so far and I don't expect it to change.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the many classes that are offered, but I do wish that they were offered more days & times. I have 9 & 10 year old children and attending a 0500hrs class isn’t ideal, there isn’t any child care at that time, plus what kind of parent would I be if I did that? If you could offer more adult classes while my kids are taking a YMCA class in the evening, that would be perfect.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Spin class, iron women, the pool,yoga.

I do have a couple suggestions: turn down music volume in spin class (damaging to hearing)
Use the screen - all that beautiful scenery makes the workout all the more enjoyable!

I actually only use the Y to swim and occasionally to run on a treadmill. I haven't used the programs and activities. I love the Y though!

variety offered for many different intrests in fitnnes training. Also like the OU involvment and presence in the building. great equipment and the whole facility is kept very clean
