I really enjoy the MWF Senior enhanced fitness class because we have bonded as a group of friends who exercise together.
Although I have been unable to attend the Zumba Gold classes that Tanzy leads, I really enjoyed it also because it was a wonderful workout and it is designed for those of us unable to keep up with a regular zumba class.
The classes are good.
Group exercises. Instructors help tailor workouts to match participants abilities. There is a sense of community among the groups. It’s much more fun than working out alone.
It’s not just babysitting. The kids get to do crafts & story time. The staff are great with interacting & playing with the kids.

The staff is friendly and greets you at the front desk by your first name. They replace/upgrade equipment on a three year rotating basis so we are always have access to the latest and greatest. They offer a variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels and are constantly offering new ones. The most appealing aspect of the classes for me is they offer a lot of them at multiple times and days to make it easier to work around my schedule.
Good workouts, make friends, good instructors.
Julie likes the Zumba classes. We might be interested in a boot camp "light" class if one was ever created. We used to do the boot camp at Dickinson but it's a little too difficult for us at our age.
