Zumba classes
We love all the activities they have for the kids and the staff is wonderful with our boys!
I like the instructors and most of the classes, however I wish there were more choices during the week. Seems like all that is offered is Zumba and Strength Training. I wish there was another -45 class or something like it in the evening.
The class instructors are awesome and make even newcomers and beginners feel included.
The instructors for the Sr Fit classes are well prepared, fun and encouraging. I LOVE their classes.
It’s like one big family to me.

Everyone is friendly. The environment is clean. The children teachers Ariana and Terri are FANTASTIC. My daughter loves going to their class. The price with my discount is reasonable. My only three complaints: the children's class should open when schools let out for the day. I have to wait 45 min to drop my child off. That time could be used to cook dinner, bath time, etc... Workout classes should be more varied. Some starting 3 or 345pm, and lastly the leg press machine has been broken 99% of the time since joining. I am a frequent user of that machine.
Overall I am very happy with the facility and would recommend it.
I like that we are one big Family! How inviting it is when you walk into the doors. I've been to almost every facility except 11th St. Tulsa and the feeling is mutual at all locations.

Employees are invested in my children, and actively engage with them when I workout. It’s easy to take time for myself when my children are so well cared for.
I particularly enjoy the Zumba and weight lifting classes. The instructors are amazing, specifically Jackie V. and Jaime.
Their classes are challenging, but have the ability to be scaled down so that anyone at any fitness level gets a good workout.
