Sr fitness class. All 3 teachers are great. It is important both physically and socially.

I like the workout facilities and really have no complaints.
My only suggestion is for better hours. 8:00 is too early to close Monday thru Thursday in my opinion.
The classes for the mature audience are excellent. The instructors give the participants safe ways to complete the workouts. They also provide alternate exercises depending on level of the participant.

I love that it's never that busy, especially mid to late morning. The equipment is well taken care of and not like typical gyms with crowds of people.
Love the pool for the summers. Nice weight room and it is never busy!
I love being a Y member, I don't regularly participate in classes. I do attempt to participate in exercise regularly and enjoy that i do.

the variety is good - but you need more classes and/or programs for teens.
It's a small gym where you can work out and have actual one-on-one personal contact with the people that work there.

My 6 year old played soccer and it’s was great. They played for fun and my son developed some skills along the way.
The tee-ball program was well organized and my daughter loved it. It was organized enough for her to play, but not so competitive that it wasn't fun. The parents and kids from the league were all great.
I like that it is a small facility that is easy to access. Everything is right there as apposed to Tandy where you have to walk and go up stairs to get to equipment.
The staff is always friendly. Not ever crowded.
And it is close to my house. I used to go to the 101 & Yale but it closed.

Jumba traning is best for me

I don’t do very many programs, but I really like Zumba with Tanzy.
