I am limited in what I can do due to health constraints so I do not do regular classes. What I do enjoy is water walking and I try to do it three times a week.
Easy to sign up. Affordable. Friendly, organized and professional staff. And most important of all, the kids just love it!

Best pool in town ! Indoor pool was great for spring break. The child loved it.
I love the instructors, there gym atmosphere, and all the programs offered.
I like the size of the gym and the multiple group activites offered. I like the diversity in ages as well; from children to senior adults. The gym is very welcoming and comfortable.
Really like the Hinges and Twinges class.

I love how family friendly it is, but would like more hours that the Learn and Play is available.
The small class size at the daily swim lessons are perfect for our son.
Only attend water exercise but I’ve been attending - I’m in my 9th year now. Good instructors, excellent time 3 mornings a week from 10:30 to 11:30. Have made good friends and have a great class. And water exercise is definitely easier to do.
