I like the class that are offered. I really enjoy Iron Girls with Moyra Thompson. I have even told my friends about Iron Girls. I like the changes I am seeing not just in my body but in my mind. I have more engery, strength, and I just feel better.
As a senior, the Y fits all my needs for diversity of activities as well as socializing with like-minded friends.
I only like water aquatics classes. Hopefully you will add back the Saturday morning class. I like these classes at 6:00 pm - working people

I only attend water exercise but I’ve always loved my class- lots of friends!
I am limited as to the programs, but I love the water and come in for water walking. Shoulder surgeries make it hard for me to participate in aerobic classes so walking is what I do. Everyone is so friendly!
The YMCA has a great family friendly staff and just a wonderful place to workout. No Hassle the morning crew rocks

I come to the Pound class on Monday evenings, and it is a great workout! the instructor is informative and very nice, as are the other people in class. Everybody has been so encouraging!
Good classes with good instructors. It seems like we are being asked to donate money a lot.
I like the variety of programs and activities available. The instructors seem well qualified and passionate about their activity. The staff who greet you are always friendly and helpful. Meeting new people and sharing life experiences is always a delight.

The child care staff at the Daily YMCA is so excellent! The staff is so friendly and kind and make me feel like they genuinely care for my children and that they are happy to have them there. I love that my kids can play in the gym or do different craft projects while I am gone.
I do not love the set up of the gym as much, I would prefer all the cardio machines and equipment be in one large room rather than spread out in three rooms, but the caring staff at the child care makes up for that for me and I continue to choose the Daily location as my favorite!
Group classes are great just wish they were throughout the day.

The facilities are good and the staff is helpful and friendly. I would like to know when renovations will be completed. Also will there be a new steam room? It was located in the men's shower room but it kept breaking down.

I love that Play and Learn for my kids as they have activities in the gymn,arts and crafts and very trust worthy care givers.It is great to leave them there knowing that they are in good hands.Love the affordable price for Parents Night Out,10. per kid for four hours is awesomeness. Love the Fit Challenges for a chance to win prizes.Love the class instructors who are very caring and encouraging and feel like family.♡Jessica-strength training,♡Pamela-strength training,♡Kandice-zumba-are a few of my favorites.
There is something for everyone. The exercise classes, pool , organized teams, child care, etc, are family oriented. The exercise equipment is up to date and state of the art. The hours of operation allows flexibility for any schedule.
