What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I want scheduled classes for my age(83) and my needs such as gentle yoga, stretches, etc. Water aerobics is good which is the only thing I have now. Also early mornings is more agreeable to my lifestyle.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the fact that no one, is turn away because of inability to pay, the programs are designed for people of all ages in the community. The swimming pool has programs that help people with or without disabilities to gain balance, strength, and lose weight. As well all kinds of cardiovascular workouts and or strength training with machinery or free weights

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Friendly staff. Facilities offer a good variety and just what I needed for a short-term membership last summer. It was a great experience. I hope to join again this summer when I'm back in Bixby.

I am always greeted when I come in, the lifeguards are friendly (but you need to hire more guards) and the facility is nice.

I am a new employee of the Daily YMCA. Hope Lindsey is my manager. She is a such amazing person! She considerate of us and she loves the members. I cannot say enough about Hope and Daily YMCA! I love where and who I'm working for! Best of the best!

Love our classes with Melissa and Sue on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Really enjoy the indoor track. The staff is really delightful.

I love having volleyball back at Daily!! The refs are awesome and there is ample seating for the crowd. The newer ymca’s are beautiful, but Daily has heart and deserves a renovation!!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Fun, rec level sports the way it should be for kids. My daughter loves her volleyball team. Great facilities as well. And thankfully affordable.
