Everything that YMCA is amazing I’m not understanding why it’s not packed every weekend

I love that YMCA's programs are accepting of all people. My son is ASD Level 2 and the camp staff were great in letting me know how things went each day. I know my son was well cared for and that he was having fun with new experiences and opportunities to be social with children his age. Also, the Herman & Kate YMCA staff is friendly and caring and the facilities and grounds are beautiful. We plan to come back for summer day camp.

My kids had a lot of fun at Spring Break camp!
We love that there are outdoor activities and that the children are active and engaged. I heard from the boys that there were two young female staff members during spring camp who screamed at the kids often, and this scared the boys. The boys told me if one kid did something wrong, they would all get in trouble. I would speak to some of the younger staff about how to handle difficult children and have a protocol on how to handle children that disrupt the setting. Maybe having a three strikes-your-out rule and sending them to the front office and separating them from their peers?
This is something that definitely needs to be discussed with staff, and some very clear rules need to be put in place for kids and parents to understand what rules need to be followed to participate in camp.
We were given a wonderful tour of the facilities by Mark. We loved the trails and were encouraged to join in on the classes.

Tulsa Backyard offers: Wonderfaul access to Turkey mountain, A decent fitness facility, access to canoes and barbecue pits in season, and a great water park. Great place for families to work out and spend quality time together.

Love the outdoors activities -- playground, lake, MOMO slide. We used the basketball courts to practice for Kindergarden basketball over Christmas break.

The Herman & Kate YMCA was the perfect venue for my mother's 90th birthday celebration. The WiFi and Audio Visual equipment was in perfect condition as we shared slide shows of my mom with the guests. The picture was perfect on the Screen. The facility was very clean and well supplied with every thing we needed. If we needed anything staff was there on site to provide it. The catering kitchen worked out great for our caterer. The huge refrigerator and sinks and area for preparing food came in handy. All the staff especially Kelcey, Taylor, Mark and those that I can't remember their names were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate them so much. I made several trips to the YMCA to get measurements take additional pictures and everyone was so willing to assist. This facility is beautiful definitely perfect setting for any event. I will highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

My children loved the program and can't wait for the summer to attend. I like how big and nice the facility is. I especially love how they are experiencing new things with other new faces.
