Staff is caring, professional, watchful of children and camp is a fun learning experience. Kids are exposed to different activities. Kind and caring social skills are reinforced. The Director, Olivia, set the tone for a great experience for my kids. I liked the feeling and message of inclusiveness.
The camp is great for the kids. I do think they have a lot of kids and not very many councilors. They have worked well with my kids and behaviors. Everyone has been nice. Only thing I could see they need is some inside options for when it is super hot outside.
Our foundation rented the pool for a couple hours and had the best time ever!!! everybody that was on shift that helped us with our people were amazing and understanding. We serve a population of people with special needs and they did a great job. We will be coming back.
The facility is nice. There is so much to do. The staff was great too.
Love the pool but only have 22 lounge chairs isn’t enough at all. Please for the amount of people allowed into the pool there needs to be additional seating. Parents using chairs for children that aren’t sitting on them need to be released to others who want to lounge.

I really appreciate that kids get to enjoy the outdoors, there’s something so special about it. As a mom of energetic boys, I know just how important it is for them to have space to move, explore, and burn off all that energy. Activities like swimming, hiking, basketball, and soccer aren't just fun for them they’re essential. That’s why I love what Herman & Kate Camp offers. It's a place where kids can be active, adventurous, and free, all in a safe and supportive environment. They create memories, build confidence, and just get to be kids. It’s truly a gift.

I'm impressed with the level of attention Herman and Kate Y has responded with in all areas of my sons well being. They've offered him lots of opportunity for growth as a young man where I don't think we could've found anywhere else. He's excited to get to go everyday and is almost always sharing back a positive response as to how his day went. I believe this location has enough outlets all week to keep him enthusiastic. He's especially fond of Wednesday and the blow up slide.
The outdoor pool
My daughter has enjoyed camp. She loves being able to swim daily, and also enjoys the hikes, the lake, and creek.
The facility is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. I appreciate the communication, structure (provided in Summer Camp) and the friendly staff.

So far my experience with Herman and Kate has surpassed the other locations in our area! From membership signup to programs offered has been a breeze. The staff is all exceptionally trained and so very helpful!
The outdoor waterpark being open until 8:30pm
So far we have only used the outdoor pool. The campus is a bit intimidating. Unsure when we will branch out.
We enjoy the swimming pool with the best life guards and my grandson is taking swim lessons.
Your facilities are very nice. While the staff could still learn some manners, they have improved quite a bit.

The staff members are very friendly and inclusive with anything we do! The variety of environments is so much fun and different than other gym situations, which makes it easier to want to go to.
I love the fact no phones are allowed and they children are kept busy and enjoy the program

The programs and activities are great. They keep kids engaged but also tire them out enough to be able to come home and enjoy the rest of their day without bouncing off the walls. Anytime I have an issue or negative experience leadership is proactive and takes action. That is so hard to come by in todays world. I really appreciate the Herman and Kate YMCA staff they're supportive, responsive and genuine.
