We do water exercises only 3 days a week. We appreciate the friendliness from the front desk and life guards Hayden and Sabrina. We also appreciate the new Covid policies and cleanliness.

I enjoy the Older and Active classes. These classes are really for people of all ages, as they are challenging but not strenuous. More people should try these classes. I have a friend (who has been a runner for years) tried several of these classes before the pandemic; she was impressed with how challenging the classes were. I hope when the pandemic subsides and ends, more of these classes will be offered. Maybe offered in the evening and promoted to people who are unconditioned to exercise/fitness, or have not exercised in a long time/ever. My overall health has improved due to these classes.
Water Aerobics! I love First name removed’s class. It’s fun & a good cardio workout.

There are so many of them which allows for a large variety of people joining the Y. I mainly enjoy the two workout facilities that are available, as well as the access to sanitary showers. The Y follows the guidelines for COVID-19 very well. The only thing that ticks me sometimes is their lack of skilled and devoted employees, which I will not get into.

Ashley the director is amazing! And all the ladies who work up there have always made my daughter feel welcomed and loved!
