I like all of the senior classes that are offered.
I love the indoor pools at most of the Y’s and the workout equipment. My kids also love the gym to play basketball. And Y sports are really affordable to members and a good opportunity for kids to learn the sport while not being too time consuming for parents. The fact that they have a siding scale membership fees for those with lower income is great also for those in that kind of situation.
The taekwondo class is really helpful for my girls self esteem and helps them with there focus

There is a wide variety of programs for all fitness levels. And, the instructors are great at making sure everyone in a class can participate.

I like the availability of programs and variety of time options. We’re still pretty new, but we’re loving it so far!

Friendly staff, great environment
They always encourage my son to participate in the arts and crafts. When the gym is available, they take the kids out in the gym to run around and play with the toys.
So far I have only done lap swimming. The facility is very clean and well directed.
We use the fitness room three times a week. There is a large variety of machines that we can use. We also attend the water aerobic classes on 2 days a week. They are fun and a good way to stretch and get your heart rate up.

It’s only been a few days but the staff is friendly & though I haven’t participated in any of the senior classes, I do intend to do so. So far I’ve only used the treadmill but the rower is next!
I love the sports programs. I like the gym, the classes, and the trainers, as well as special programs. It is a great environment.
