The programs and equipment are very superior from what I have experienced in gymnasiums that I have worked out him.
I have determined that it will take me probably a year to get acquainted with all the programs that will help me get my strength and stability back where it used to be! I am in my 80s and I believe that this is the best move. I’ve made in my life.
I have been on mission trips with my church for many years and to be prepared for permission trips. I need to have my strength, my balance and my fortitude to stay with the program and share with others in foreign countries that Jesus loves them and it’s my responsibility to love everybody that I’m ministering too!

Tess, as well as the staff that have been running soccer camp and spring break soccer classes have been absolutely amazing! Monday, Tuesday, Thursday soccer classes continue to have all the kids learning skills, getting healthier, having fun with the staff and each other, and making lasting friendships. Can't thank this Y enough for the great work they do! Tess went the extra mile to make sure it was OK for kids to join after registration closed, and another lovely staff member at the front desk put me in touch with Tess to find out, bc I was hearing such great things about the soccer camp from another parent. Bless y'all, and thank you for blessing our family and our community! The kids don't want to do ANYTHING more than be at Anne & Henry Zarrow YMCA! They play for HOURS!
Easy access to programs. A lot of program
I enjoy water Zumba and water aerobics. I love the therapy pool, just wish it was available more often. Very Family friendly 😊. I like the machine workouts. Very friendly staff 😉.

It’s always interactive and keeps the kids moving. So they are actually tired when they go home.

My husband and I enjoy the pool mostly. We need it because my husband has difficulty walking but in the pool he can.
The downstairs weight room is unmatched and I didn’t see another person while I was there. Loved the heavy duty weight equipment and not having to compete and wait on people to finish with something. I could do great circuits.
