I mostly use the gym equipment upstairs. I enjoy the open space and the availability of coaches to help you when needed.

I like that there is a lot of things to do. There are outside activities that you can do. Are group counselor has talked about making to go bags. In case something happens and need to be out now. once we get our bags done, then we are going to do a little hiking with your backpack. I have sing up with a trainer. Age doesn't matter all family member can do something.

There is something for everyone.

Aqua aerobics

I love that the Tulsa Ballet company has partnered with the YMCA to make ballet accessible to individuals with varying backgrounds. Dance is typically a very expensive sport but the classes offered at the YMCA fit into my budget. My daughters are in their 2nd session of classes and they absolutely love the program and their teacher, Miss Faith.

So much to do! My children and I really enjoy every visit! Awesome Staff!

Everyone is so friendly. Silver sneakers is wonderful! I loved water aerobics this past summer. Sure wish you could have a campaign to raise money for an indoor pool. It would be great to have water aerobics year round!

Mo the pilates instructor was very welcoming and teaches a great class. Son loves the pool and the slide! Just wish there was more family changing locker rooms.
