Lap swimming isn important part of my health and therapy for healing from breast cancer . Found it help with exercise of shoulder and arms. Also yoga classes help with ease of stretching and flexibility.

I love the sauna it would be great if they got massage chairs in there as well like planet fitness that would be dope.

I came to lift weights during my Ys remodel. Everything was great except the blinding sun. It would be helpful to install a blind.

I only went to the pool and nobody was there except 2 lifeguards. The pools are nice though and can't wait to come back

The person on duty should make sure EVERYONE is wiping the machines down after they use them. There should be more posting of this in the gym.

Heated pool. I have recommended Daily YMCA, to almost every one. It is a health environment for young and old folks. The facility is always kept clean and I really appreciate that. Thank you.
