I really enjoy the facility. It's clean, the equipment is great and the locker rooms have the best shower pressure for the gawwwds! :-)
My only complaint is there is a young lady who works the front desk who is really rude! She is not helpful when questions are being asked! She is not friendly nor does she acknowledge you when patrons approach the front desk. She's always looking at her personal computer or working on what seems to be homework. Just recently I was speaking with another patron (someone I didn't know) in the elevator and she too was complaining about this young lady.

Price is reasonable and good training
The outdoor pool area is amazing, clean, well-maintained, and the lifeguards were polite and professional. The restrooms were pretty clean, although they could use better ventilation, or an air freshener. The table & chairs under the patio cover were great to get out of the sun for a bit. The lawnchairs were comfortable and in great condition. My only negative thing to say, was that it costs $20 to bring a guest for the day. I find that price rather excessive. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My grandson and I love the lazy river feature in the pool area and the hours that he can go.
5 and 3 year olds loved the swimming lessons! They were afraid to put heads under water on day 1 and by the end they were jumping in happily!
I like that there are a lot of different activities that take place near me for my family. I wish Volleyball was offered at this branch.

The June Tue/Thu Parents and Me class was amazing!! My little learned so much. It was fun and not pressured but focuses on important skills that got my 16mo kicking, moving arms and loving the water!

Modern clean equipment
The activities are great but the changing rooms smelled like urine. Need to improve cleanliness in those rooms. The rest of the facility is cleaned
