Mary Kay has closed for this clients several times and she always loves Mary Kay. Mary Kay remembers people and it makes them feel important. She does an excellent job of communicating.

RE: 462Sidney -I sent in another feedback but forgot the most important thing. In this closing my seller was in her 90’s - was legally blind and hard of hearing and spoke little English. Mary Kay went to her assisted living home to close the transaction with her. My clients adult children were there speaking Ukrainian to her and it was to say the least challenging and time consuming. Mary Kay handled it with grace and put my client to ease.

Mary Kay is always 100 percent prepared and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable. She is professional and welcoming at the same time. My clients have always loved her. I do as well.
