Our end of it went smoothly and without any wasted time. Additionally, a late breaking non-sensical request by the other parties' lender/underwriter was dealt with efficiently by our representatives without involving us in an unnecessary last minute scramble.

The closers, Phallon explained all the docs . We then understood the reasons we were signing.
Also the closer Phallon bent backwards to get is the closing that we wanted.We felt appreciated. The funds were in our account within hours.
