My Realtor, Dennis Madden, at Edina Realty was on top of my house-hunting, negotiations and closing of my property every step of the way. I appreciated the extra care and attention that was part of the customer service he provided. I was rarely kept waiting for information requests, and he made sure he got back to me on each question I asked promptly, even if he was waiting for answers.

In addition, my closing agent, Jennifer Cornelius, was also very easy to work with, and made my close much easier than closes I've had previously.

It was a bit hectic at the end, but I never faulted Edina Realty for that.

Very efficient and 100% prepared. Covered any questions we had, however we had very few, because it was covered by Mary Jo before we could ask it. It was a great experience. Much different than 30 years ago.
