Jennifer and her team were very patient while we worked through some issues with Washington County. The vacant land with two newly created easements was a challenging and complicated sale. We had to move the closing date 3 times at least. I also really appreciate all the extra help, advice, and encouragement while working through some issues regarding the recording of easements and a few other issues with the county. It was so nice to be able to talk about issues and lean on Jennifer's experience and knowledge to find creative ways to solve problems and get to the closing table. Her professional relationships, great reputation, skill set, and willingness to work with other title companies is an important asset for my clients who present with complicated transactions.
