The title agent, Nick Grabowski, was very knowledgeable. He informed me of issues that I was not aware of. He also went out of his way to help solve a problem with the title, by driving to Forest Lake to get a signature on a quit claim deed, in order for my title to be cleared. He was polite, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this title company.
