Jennifer Cornelius, our Title Closer, along with Holly VanGuild, went above and beyond to ensure our buyers’ new home in Woodbury closed on time.

Throughout the process, the seller’s title team was not responsive to repeated requests for the documents needed to complete the closing. Jennifer and Holly were incredibly proactive and persistent in reaching out, following up, and making sure the seller’s title team understood what was needed to keep everything on track.

Thanks to their dedication and behind-the-scenes efforts, the closing happened on time, and our buyers were able to enjoy a smooth experience without even realizing all the work that went into making it happen.
