Everything went great! Nanci Johnson and Mary Kay Long were amazing! It was smooth and went quickly. Leading up to the closing, everyone was very communicative and Nanci regularly checked in with updates and to see if I had any questions. We are very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend the teams!

Easy and efficient
The closing meeting went very smoothy; there were no surprises. I appreciated the opportunity to review the financial settlement documents the night before the closing meeting. Staff were very well prepared with all documents ready for signature, and explained each one prior to obtaining my signature. It was fun to have our realtor take a photo of us (sellers) with the ‘sold’ key at the end of the process!
The only downside of the process was the tone of the Executive Closer’s emails. They are very abrupt and do not, in any way, reflect the lovely personality of the author. Often I wondered, whose side is she on? I understand Edina Title’s closing staff may be extremely busy, but a little more professional courtesy goes a long way.

Mary Kay was FANTASTIC and so helpful and informative. She did an excellent job and everyone involved was very helpful and responsive when I had questions.
Due to the small title company the buyers utilized, there were some delays with the funds disbursement. Mary Kay kept me well informed about what was going on with the process.
