Mary Kay and Holly VanGuilder went above and beyond to make this close on time. They answered my clients, 2nd mortgage companies and my questions. We were notified 3 days before closing that my clients were approved by Freedom Mortgage that they were approved to assume the 1st mortgage, Thank you to both of them, they make a great team!
