I really liked receiving so many of the documents ahead of time so that I was able to read through them slowly. Everything was ready to go when I got there. Each document was explained to me in a concise way that a layperson could understand. Communication was great with this office. I would highly recommend Patty.

I liked how quick and efficient they were. Very informative ... The entire team worked well together to facilitate the home buying experience for me. Starting with the real estate agent Frankie Lopez. He was very helpful. Without him there step by step none of the rest of the team would have ever been able to even participate.... He was the catalyst for the whole process, Frome begining to end, the alpha and the Omega the rest of them were merely letters that filled in the blank spaces... Thanks again Frankie.

For our actual closing, Patty was very well prepared and quickly went through all the documents. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I will say that prior to closing we did have some to deal with some questions that I don’t think were really needed to be asked. Specifically we were asked to talk to the city about the set back and variances for our house, that was built in the 60s. I think with a little thought it would have come clear that there’s not much you can do for moving a house that’s been there for decades and that maybe they should know that’s not a big deal.
Other then that it was fine.
