Everything went smoothly and everyone was great. The only thing I didn't like was literally as soon as we closed got to the house with the moving truck and the heaters broken furnace. Completely toast after an inspection and everyone telling me everything's good. Just 1500 bucks out of my pocket immediately and the new part needs to be ordered. So yeah I'm not too happy with that.
