All the steps in the closing process were explained clearly and any questions we had were answered. The process was completed efficiently with a satisfactory outcome. It was great working with two very competent professionals .

Our realtor, Jaci, and our closing agent, Claire, were on top of everything and so quick to communicate with anything we needed to know. They are the perfect mix of what we needed. Professional, while also making you feel comfortable understanding all that the transaction entails. Our confidence in a process like this was definitely strengthened.

Easy to work with Tracy Braun!!! She helps us out quite a bit (a lot actually!!). The closing with her the rest of the team went great on our side, very friendly staff.
The only hiccup was the title company that the other party used to sell their home in Brainerd, not being ready nor not knowing their client or customs, (He and family were Amish) which delayed the closing for not only us but all 3 parties involved and when dealing with 3/4 of million dollars it was a huge snag on their end.
Though, no fault to Edina, nor our realtor, Tracy was on it and gave her 100%!!!!!! She’s reliable, was always there and would recommend to anyone!!!! Thx, Tracy….we really appreciate your time and expertise!!!

The whole team did a great job! They wre pro-active in getting everything done early on the process, which made for a smooth transactions with out surprises. Due to other events, our closer had to call in a substitute to sign the client. This was done efficiently and with plenty of notice. The replacement closer did an excellent job! I highly recommend the this team of professionals!
