Claire and Dana are hands down the best. Because of their attention to detail, they saved my buyer from having to assume an assessment of $41,000 on the day of closing! The seller's title company sent an updated dues letter the night before closing. Rather than just having the buyer sign it, they took time to review the 12 pages, line by line, and noticed the condo association would be assessing each unit later this year. Because of their fine work, we were able to have the seller escrow for the repairs and we still closed on time - that same day.
Everything was very well organized, and very well presented. Edina Realty personnel were knowledgeable and fully informed. There were no issues and no surprises.
