I loved how friendly and personable Jaclyn Prall was. The closing was very informative and thorough. The office (in Monticello) was very clean and inviting. I wasn't too keen on the smell of chemicals due to cleaning the space but I am aware and understanding were in the middle of a pandemic so the cleaning is necessary.
